It's not just the heat...
Ok, so it's obviously been too long since I've posted. Apologies for that. Things are chugging along in our lives, however. Not too much new or exciting to report at the moment. I am planning some changes to the site sometime in the near future - which may include dropping this impossible to maintain accurately journal. Or maybe just changing it. I'm really not sure. Maybe I can do a little something so we can get feedback from those of you who read this from time to time.
It's really been hot lately. I'm desperately looking forward to fall - but since it is only mid-August, I know not to expect much relief any time soon. Good thing about the heat, however, is the constant potential for pop-up thunderstorms. In fact, I took a picture of outside of my office today as some were rolling in. Fun stuff.
